Aaron seamlessly helped us through the entire house buying process and were so pleased how smooth it went. We came out for a weekend to house hunt and we got our first choice of our home by Aaron’s guidance and suggestion on our offer. Aaron made sure he would be there during inspection and provided us all the important details that we would want to know. He also helped with the final walk-through and made sure that we felt confident with the purchase until we could move out there. Aaron and Sam stepped up for us. We picked houses, they went and did video walkthroughs for us. Sent pictures, videos, FaceTimed so we could see as best as possible what we liked and didn't like. They answered our questions via text or phone rather quickly, even though we were on a different time zone. This transition to the greater Tampa area was not the easiest as there are always hiccups, but they made their end as seamless as possible. Someone was always reaching out to us keeping us updated on the things that needed to happen, where and when we needed to be, and accommodated us as best as they could. If not for them, I don't know that we would already be in our house enjoying Tampa.
