When we first met Sam we had called him to see a house that he had listed. Tell me what it is you are looking for". We saw a few more houses in the coming weeks. We finally found a house that checked off all the boxes on our want list. From putting in the offer to working with his mortgage team until the day of closing, all of the transactions were smooth and efficient.
