I don’t think I would have found Parrish without his help. We had been looking north of Tampa, east of Tampa, etc, but Parrish really fit what we wanted, and we’re super happy with the location. Meeting the guys was even better. Excellent knowledge and guidance on the area subtleties, pros/cons, and overall buying experience. Once we found the right place, they actually went to the property to take videos for me since I was buying from out of state. Helped with the details of the purchase, recommended other trades such as insurance and maintenance companies, and were always there to answer questions or help otherwise. Great logistics work from Aubrey as well. Highly recommend and would work with them again. To top it off, they are really good human beings as well.
