Aaron and Sam stepped up for us. We picked houses, they went and did video walkthroughs for us. Sent pictures, videos, FaceTimed so we could see as best as possible what we liked and didn't like. They answered our questions via text or phone rather quickly, even though we were on a different time zone. This transition to the greater Tampa area was not the easiest as there are always hiccups, but they made their end as seamless as possible. Someone was always reaching out to us keeping us updated on the things that needed to happen, where and when we needed to be, and accommodated us as best as they could. If not for them, I don't know that we would already be in our house enjoying Tampa.

Meeting the guys was even better. Excellent knowledge and guidance on the area subtleties, pros/cons, and overall buying experience. Once we found the right place, they actually went to the property to take videos for me since I was buying from out of state. Helped with the details of the purchase, recommended other trades such as insurance and maintenance companies, and were always there to answer questions or help otherwise. Great logistics work from Aubrey as well. Highly recommend and would work with them again. To top it off, they are really good human beings as well.
